WF series pulse dust removal and crushing unit

(1) Main purpose: This machine is suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, magnetic materials, powders, etc. It is a crushing equipment that integrates crushing, vacuuming, and continuous discharge.

(2) Working principle: This machine consists of several parts, including a crusher, a cyclone separator, a pulse dust removal box, and a fan. This machine utilizes the mutual movement of movable and fixed cutting tools to crush the material through the impact, friction, and mutual impact of the cutting tools. The crushed material enters the cyclone separator for discharge through the attraction of the rotating centrifuge and fan, and then passes through the fan. The dust enters the pulse dust removal box, passes through the filter cylinder, and is recovered. The whole machine is designed according to GMP standards and is made of stainless steel material. There is no dust flying during the production process.
